Returns & Exchanges

If what you order wasn’t what you expected you have 10 days to let me know about the exchange. Please send me a detailed email to info@raquelpaizjewelry.com with the reason of the return or exchange and a photo. I will return your e-mail within 48 hours.

All items can be exchanged for those of equal value or less but if you don’t find something to exchange for we transform that into credit for a next purchase.
Refunds are a case by case basis, please talk to me about it and we work it out. The most important thing is for both parties to be happy, right?

Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. I suggest you insure your item for return through the carrier of your choice and send me the tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for customs or other fees associated with foreign borders.

 

REPAIRS

I care a lot about the quality of my pieces. However, a handmade jewelry can be delicate in the manner of all art objects. With all jewelry sold I send a care guide and awesome tips about how to keep you jewelry always bright and shine and how avoid accidents. That said, I also know that accidents happen and I’m here to help. I will try to repair any jewelry, if possible, that was made by me within 1 year of purchase. Extra fees can be applied.

Please send an email with the details of the repair and a photo of the item to info@raquelpaizjewelry.com and we will respond to you within 48 hours.
